Before you travel, we would like to share a few important information to help your journey and plan your participation better at the conference.

Travel Advisory

In case you’re traveling from abroad, please refer to the travel advisory for entering India here, and ensure you have all your travel documents ready.

Airport Shuttle Service

Shuttle service will be provided from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport to selected hotels on 9-10 October 2022, and from the venue to Rajiv Gandhi International Airport on 13-14 October 2022.

Look for UNWGIC Airport help desk at the Airport Exit gate.

Shuttle Timings

9th October 2022 (0700 hours) to 10th October 2022 – (24:00 hours) (Every Hour)

Airport – Novotel-HICC -- Hotel Avasa -- Hotel Deccan Sarai Grande -- Westin Mind space -- Hotel Deccan Grande

13th October 2022 (1100 Hrs to 2400 hrs) (Every Hour) - Novotel/ HICC to Airport

14th October 2022 (0700 Hrs to 2400 hrs) (Every Hour) - Novotel/ HICC to Airport

Note: Cloak Room will be available at the venue.

At the airport, one can also avail the facility of Prepaid Taxi, She Cabs (for Women), Radio Taxi like Meru and SkyCabs, and App-based Taxi/Cab services like Ola and Uber.

Registration QR Code

Please ensure you have your invitation letter with QR code with you to collect your badge at the registration counter. You may write to harendra@geospatialworld.net should you need assistance.

Registration counter at the conference venue opens from Sunday til Thursday, at the following timing

Sunday, 9th Oct 1100 -1700 hrs
Monday, 10th Oct 0800 – 1900 hrs
Tuesday, 11th Oct 0800 – 1700 hrs
Wednesday, 12th Oct 0800 – 1700 hrs
Thursday, 13th Oct 0800 – 1700 hrs
